Lost your license key?
Your keys are always in your customer portal, run by Polar, our payment provider. Sign in with the email address you bought with; Polar emails you a one-time code, no password needed.
In the portal you can
- See and copy the key for every Shutterkit app you own. A Suite purchase shows one key per app.
- See which Macs each key is active on, and free up a Mac you no longer use.
- Download receipts and invoices.
