These terms cover buying and using Shutterkit apps, which are made by Farspeak Labs LLC ("we", "us").

Who you're buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and refunds.

Your license

• A license lets you use the app you bought on up to three Macs that you own or control.
• A Shutterkit Suite purchase includes a separate key for Recover, Repair, Offload and Cull, each usable on up to three Macs.
• Licenses are for one person or one business. Please don't share your key publicly or resell it.
• Updates within the major version you bought are included. Future major versions may be a paid upgrade.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See Refunds. A refunded license key stops working.

What the software can and can't do

Data recovery depends on the condition of the card and on what has been written to it since the files were lost. We can't guarantee that any particular file can be recovered or repaired, which is why every paid app can be tried before you buy. The software is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from its use. Always keep backups of photos you care about.
