Refunds

If a Shutterkit app didn't do what you needed, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to support@farspeaklabs.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Polar, our reseller, processes the refund, usually within two business days, and your bank typically shows the money within a week after that.

After a refund

Your license key stops working the next time the app checks it. Files you already recovered, repaired or copied stay exactly where you saved them.

Try before you buy

Every paid app can be tried for free first. Recover's free scan shows every file it can bring back, so you'll know whether your photos are there before you pay anything.
